Your Health and Free Radical Repair with C60
Your Health and Free Radical Repair with C60
Let’s face it, some of us are not athletically inclined. So, you’re not an athlete, or can’t be an athlete, but you want your body to perform like one — what are your options?
Athletic bodies develop a mechanism to stay healthy. When muscles are worked to excess, as in strenuous exercise, they are pushed into a state of oxidative stress, generating free radicals. Free radicals can generate a phenomenon called oxidative stress, a damaging process that can seriously alter cell membranes and other bodily structures such as proteins, lipids, lipoproteins, and even a body’s DNA.
The National Institutes of Health defines free radical as “a molecule with one or more unpaired electron in its outer shell.” In its report, the NIH goes on to say, “free radicals are formed from molecules via the breakage of a chemical bond such that each fragment keeps one electron, by cleavage of a radical to give another radical and, also via redox reactions.”
If not regulated properly, oxidative stress can induce a variety of chronic and degenerative diseases as well as affect the aging process and is even associated with such life threating events such as stroke. View a diagram of free radical toxicity here.
Over the next few days after a workout, a conditioned athlete’s body naturally removes these free radicals caused by toxins. Conditioning your body to remove these toxin-generated free radicals is what helps keeps you healthy.
But what if you can’t condition your body like an athlete to remove these free radicals? What if you have health issues that prevent you from exercising and working out. So, what can you do? Carbon 60 can help.
Microscopic carbon 60 molecules contained in Bob Greska’s proprietary C-60 formula, can safely arrest and negate these harmful free radicals. A cutting-edge scientific development in nano-technology by Mr. Greska at Carbon 60, Inc. allows these free radicals and the toxins themselves to be eradicated.
“Our formula is a powerful, safe, non-toxic source of millions of single carbon 60 molecules suspended in organic sunflower oil. It’s just C60 and organic sunflower oil,” Mr. Greska said. “No fillers. No toxic solvents. No GMOs and it’s gluten-free.”
6 Ways C-60 can enhance your exercise regimen
It’s never too late to start your fitness plan. Maybe you feel like giving up before you’ve even started. On average, each year about 40 percent of Americans experience the same feelings.
The reality is, fitness is a commitment. And one that takes motivation. But when you go to work 40 hours a week, take care of your kids, or run your household, it doesn’t seem as if you have all the time and motivation in the world to visit the gym. Or maybe it’s the delayed onset muscle soreness, or DOMS, from the days afterward that makes you feel good, but mostly regretful, about your choices.
Here are some helpful hints:
No. 1 Reflect —
Take time before or after your workout to remember why you chose an exercise to be a part of your New Year’s Resolutions in the first place. Remind yourself of the goals you set before starting.
No. 2 Results Take Time, Habits Form Quickly —
By now you know exercise is a long-term investment. To see results, depending on what you are working on, can take weeks or months. The trick is to stay motivated in the short term to see results in the long term.
Research suggests it takes a minimum of 21 days to form a habit and 66 days for that habit to become a part of your automatic routine. When you keep your workouts consistent with your daily routine, you’ll find it much easier to make it to the gym each day.
No. 3 Start Smaller, Work Harder —
Seeing is believing when it comes to exercise, so to conquer your resolution to be more fit, you must have a sense of progress. When you see measurable results, it makes your goals seem more attainable. Therefore, try measuring your progress slowly, but consistently. Take a couple of pictures weekly to see the improvements in your body. If you have a goal to lose weight, keep a journal with weekly goals of where you would like to be and start in small increments. Remember, it is important to challenge yourself, but the bigger the goals you make in the beginning, the harder it will be to reach them.
“I am a fitness trainer at Viking Power Fitness. My recovery time with the Carbon-60 is like day and night! I tried many of the so-called, recovery supplements. Nothing even comes close to the recovery I get with Carbon-60. I am not taking anything right now…no supplements whatsoever. I am just taking C-60. We are happy to retail it at our fitness center and many of our trainers have tried it and LOVE this ‘Rocket Sauce’,” Caleb, from Viking Power Fitness.
No. 4 Find A Workout Buddy — Find someone to go to the gym with or take group fitness classes. It is a lot easier to start something new when you’re not going into it alone. Sharing these experiences and successes with another person can make the task seem a lot less daunting and maybe even a bit more fun.
No. 5 Don’t Be Too Hard On Yourself — When starting a new fitness program, it is often hard to not feel that if you make one mistake then your progress is over. Yes, there may be a time when you miss a couple of workouts or even going to the gym for a week because work was hectic. Life happens and often gets in the way of letting us achieve our goals. Facing obstacles on the way to reaching your goals is completely normal, even when you’re the one creating the obstacles. But don’t give up completely. You can always recover from your missteps and get back on track to reaching your goals.
“[A friend] gave me a bottle of Carbon 60 to try while training for the NYC marathon,” said Amy K. “She gave it to me about 3 weeks prior to the race. I ran the same marathon two years ago and used the exact same training program. I timed my training runs, and know that I had run my long distant runs (16-plus miles) at an average of 10:45 min/mile. Just wanted to let you know that I ran this marathon in 10:06 min/mile – a significant difference without doing anything different except taking Carbon 60. Amazing! I’ll never stop taking this! Thank you!”
No. 6 Beat Muscle Soreness, Take Carbon-60 —
Delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS is the sore feeling people experience in the hours or days after a good workout. With this amount of pain, it is easy to get deterred from working out. There are a couple of ways to reduce or avoid this soreness. Eating a good diet with the correct amount of protein and nutrients before and after a workout can keep you and your body feeling energized. Or, if planning a new diet seems too intimidating, Carbon-60 can help your muscles regenerate to the point where soreness will no longer be an excuse to miss the gym.
“I wanted to let you know I am taking the Bucky Balls; I just doubled my workout ability in like two days. So it seems to work pretty good for me. I have since lost 2 dress sizes,” Donna.

But why use Organic Sunflower Oil?
It’s simple, really. But first, let’s talk about the Carbon 60, or C-60.
Carbon 60 molecules are single and suspended which afford them the mobility to seek out and to magnetically, if you will, attach themselves to atoms missing an electron, and thus neutralizing the mutated molecules known as Free Radicals.
Sixty carbon atoms arranged into a cage-like hollow sphere make up the Carbon 60 molecule. It was first discovered by researchers at Rice University in 1985. Its shape is much like the pattern on a soccer ball. Other names you’ll see associated with Carbon 60 include Buckminsterfullerene, C60, fullerenes and buckyballs. That last one is a nod to Buckminster Fuller’s Geodesic dome.
Even though the single Carbon 60 molecule is extremely small in size, even for a molecule, many of them provide a tremendous amount of carbon surface area, hence the ability to donate many electrons. It would take nearly 100,000 Carbon-60 soccer ball molecules to bridge the width of a single human hair.
What makes the C60 molecule truly special, is it is the only molecule with the ability to share one or two electrons at least 20 times. This process of sharing its electrons enables the Carbon 60 molecule to complete, or mend, damaged molecules. These “damaged” molecules are commonly referred to as Free Radicals. The Carbon 60 molecule is a very powerful Free Radical scavenger; very much like a superior antioxidant.
Now, back to the sunflower oil.
Sunflower oil is rich in oleic acids and vitamins A, D, and E. Sunflower oil also has beneficial amounts of lecithin, and unsaturated fatty acids. Deeply nourishing and conditioning for the skin. Our line of organic Sunflower oil has a pleasant scent and is easily absorbed and applied.
Sunflower oil is growing in popularity. A primary reason why is its impressive fatty acid content. Sunflower oil contains palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, lecithin, carotenoids, selenium, and linoleic acid. All of those are great a fighting a variety of maladies.
Furthermore, some of those fatty acids, as well as vitamin E (tocopherols) and other organic compounds, act as antioxidants in Sunflower oil. Meaning they can positively affect a giant range of conditions from which people regularly suffer.
Many scientists believe Sunflower oil improves your heart’s health, boosts your energy levels, improves skin health, bolsters your immune system, can lower your cholesterol level, help aid in asthma treatments and even aid in fighting cancer. Some say it can even be used to treat athlete’s foot.
We’ve decided to use it for all these reasons and the fact there is no aftertaste.
We hope you find it as beneficially as we do.
